Media Presentation - Patterns

This is a presentation I will use with my third graders to introduce patterns. They can practice continuing patterns by using the interactive features on the slideshow. This PowerPoint will work well on my ActivBoard. My third graders will love the fun illustrations and sounds included to make learning fun for all of us! I couldn't get the interactive features to work on this site. I will try to set up a link so you can download this PowerPoint for use in your classrooms! Enjoy!

    Crystal,
    Nice job. I like how you included all the different types of patterns and loved the jingle. I have found that anytime I can incorporate a song into math, I remember so much easier and it is fun too! Been great being in class with you as well! Until next time :)

    I think it is really neat how students can interact with the patterns through this media! This could maybe serve as a type of manipulative that can easily be shared with the whole class. I also think that they will enjoy the bright colors and fun sounds. Great post!
